Mark Copeland
The loss of a loved one is a difficult burden to bear. Only those who die young and before others escape this burden, all others will bear this burden at some point in their life. The Lord certainly knows our grief. He wept when as He saw those weeping over the loss of a loved one (Jn 11:33-35) The death of a loved one has been made easier to bear because of God's grace. Jesus died to deliver us from the fear of death (Heb 2:14-15) The death of a righteous person is precious in God's sight (Ps 116) The loved one has finally gone home: if we remain faithful, the separation will be temporary. Tomorrow we will have funerals for two that have finally gone home. Pete Sims Chuck Hale
Meanwhile we are praying for those that are still grieving the loss of: Vernon Hinely Susan Duncan JoAnn Walker (My Son-in-laws mother)
There are so many more of you, like my cousin Patty Scott Boulter that mentioned how much she misses the loss of her Dad. She said she has a Dad in Heaven. Don't we all? Lean on our Heavenly Father for comfort.
